Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”  Romans 12:2

 I recently read a devotion that asked these simple questions: Why do you do what you do? Are you merely doing what you want to do or what must be done? Or are you going about your day doing everything in love towards God? While I would like to think my actions are guided by my love for God, the honest answer is that many times I am doing things that I want to do without regard to God’s calling on my life. My prayer is that personally and as a community we do not overlook God’s calling in our lives and whatever God asks of us, we have the courage and humility to answer, “Here am I; send me.”

Our gathering will begin with food and fellowship at 6:00 pm in the fellowship hall. Music will begin at 6:30 pm in the sanctuary, followed by worship and communion.

The Spring Women’s Walk team (R-148) is currently forming. Please prayerfully consider participating on either the inside or outside team. The link to the team application can be found below. The women’s walk will be held April 22-25, 2027.

The Fall Men's Walk (R-147) will be held October 15-18, 2026, at Chanco on the James. We urgently need pilgrims for the Men’s walk so please send in those applications as soon as they can be completed. Our Walk to Emmaus weekends can host up to 20 pilgrims so please prayerfully consider sponsoring someone for this life-changing weekend.
